Associate was lifting a Crown [REDACTED] rider with an end rider Tow Motor to set wooden blocks underneath to perform work. He placed the blocks in an incorrect position. He went to move a block of wood that he placed on top of the tow motor fork to lift up the Crown [REDACTED] rider some more but had his thumb directly under the jack and the jack shifted and landed on top of his thumb pinning it between the block of wood and the Crown [REDACTED] rider.
