What happened
Associate states he was operating an end rider pallet jack. He was attempting to park his pallets on the cool dock. He noticed someone driving towards him so he turned to warn him he was there and then struck the support beam on the dock. His right hand was on the PIT throttle and he pinched it between the handle and the pole. There was immediate swelling on the right side of his hand and knuckles. He was seen by fit for work and given an ice pack to reduce the swelling.
