What happened
Room attendant alleges the cart was by the ice machine on the 3rd floor south side. Room attendant pulled out cart went to turn cart. Cart tilted over to one side. Attendant tried to hold up cart from falling. In doing so employee strained her right side shoulder and arm trying to prevent the cart from falling.
