What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I received communication from LOD Spa Director requesting assistance for an employee issue. I confirmed EMS was not needed immediately. Upon arrival I met with mgr and EE. [REDACTED] was having a conversation with EE in response to EE stating she was ?not doing ok?. I observed EE speaking at a low tone and appeared emotional. She was stating to [REDACTED] various personal problems and concerns at which time [REDACTED] informed her she was going to remove her from today?s schedule for her concern for her wellbeing. In between crying and fidgeted movements EE stated she had taken medication earlier. When [REDACTED] and I expressed concern for her wellbeing and suggested potentially a family member pick her up from work she provided her son 's phone number. As the conversation progressed I observed EE become more emotional and resistant to any help and stated she did not know what to do.
