The colleague entered the room to clean it and began grabbing the sheets to strip the dirty linen from the bed.

The colleague reported to one of her managers that she twisted her back in room [REDACTED] when attempting to strip the sheets off of the bed and was in pain to the point of not being able to stand or walk. The manager and supervisor went to the room to check on the colleague and offered medical assistance. We did call an ambulance since she said it was too painful to move and the fire department came to evaluate her and she confirmed she would like to receive medical attention and they assisted her out on a stretcher to go to the hospital.
