What happened
I was in decontamination and a silicone mat was in the bottom of the washer I reached in to grab it. I reached in because it had already pushed the manifold rack in and I did not know that it does the motion twice. As I was reaching in the conveyer arm pushed into my wrist and I was stuck for a moment. It moved back to position and I removed my arm.
