Employee stated he installing the contact roll head that holds the brushes.

Employee stated he was installing the head on the shaft of the contact roll with the crane he stated as the head sat on the shaft part of the roll the hook for the crane came off the eyelet on the head. He stated the head slid off the shaft and he tried to stop it from falling an it got his middle left finger between the head and roll rack cutting his finger.
