Un-plugging the float switch behind grinding wheel
What happened
Operator had stepped up the 2 step stool onto the cover of motor slide to unplug the float switch because the oil alarm had gone off displaying codes on hi sscreen. (This informs him that he needs to wiggle or unplug the float switch) He then went to back down off of ht emotor cover with one foot stepping down onto the 2 step stool and he slipped. This incident was not reported to the supervisor
