Associate was coming down the stairs on the north side of the building. The associate believes they were holding the handrail with the right hand and only recalls falling forward. Associate cannot recall was cause the fall. Associate was noticed on the floor by sanitation associate informed Team Leader. Associate hit his left knee pain in right arm and pain in back. Pain level in knee is currently 3 to 4 pain level in right arm is 5 to 6 and pain in back is a 10.
