At approximately [REDACTED] the EE was cutting straps to release boxes for and order in the old weigh up room. He went to cut a strap and cut across his index finger on his left hand. The EHS person and Production Manager were alerted. The EE went to the ER and received 6 stitches. Employee had his hand holding onto the plastic wrap when he brought the knife across cutting his finger
