What happened
The driver was at the Waste Management landfill to dump a roll off container when he had a coolant leak in the engine compartment. He stopped and pulled over to investigate the leak. As he was lifting the hood the hood struts and securements broke and did not stop the hood from going over. The hood swung over forward and hit the driver causing him to fall to the ground.
