while removing a lite from the manual unload station the employee bumped a piece of glass that was sitting on a near by inspection table This resulted in the lite in the employees hand breaking and placing a small cut on his cheek Supervisor walked employee to bathroom where employee was given supplies to clean wound and stop bleeding Further medical care was needed and employee was taken by safety The incident can be seen on camera HVT unload wall at [REDACTED]
