What happened
During [REDACTED] shift at [REDACTED] one of the loaders on line 1 was pulling a 43x43 39 annealed shape lite out of a rack and received a small poke to his right leg on the outside of his calf The poke was about a 14 inch [REDACTED] pain level was a 110 at time of incident EE was wearing all required PPE the cut happened where the edge of the chaps does not cover Took the EE up to first aid room where the poke was looked at to make sure no glass had broken off in there Gave EE so antibiotic ointment and bandaged it up Will check in throughout the rest of the night to see how he is doing
