[REDACTED] was picking up a lite with his left hand attempting to balance the lite on his shoulderbicep He had a lite already in his right hand The lite was 3 mil and measured 32x24 When he tried changing his grip he lost control of the lite resulting in the lite cutting behind his left ear A code red was called The first responders controlled the bleeding and decided to transport him The safety manager met the first responder and [REDACTED] at the ER [REDACTED] was evaluated by the doctor and it was determined sutures were needed [REDACTED] received seven sutures to close the wound and a tetanus shot He was returned to work without restrictions
