What happened
Effected employee was walking to his vehicle on the sidewalk when he then stepped off of the sidewalk onto the grass then back onto the parking lot. When stepping back onto the parking lot he tripped over the edge of the concrete. This caused him to lose his balance moving forward landing on his left hip. Outside conditions did not play a part in this injury.
