Changing linen in a patient 's room

The paitent in [REDACTED] accidently knocked over some water and the sitter asked for assistance to change her liening. while doing so i noticed that the linen was somehow tucked under the metal bed framing so i attempted to pull on the sheet in order to get it unstucked. i stooped under the bed and noticed that the ball had covered the linening and i had to push and pull on it in order to get it out by pulling it got freeed and i stubbled and tripped and fell on my right elbow and side. the sitter called out for help by letting the charge nurse and other nurses aware that i fell.
