climbing a ladder to get to AC unit

What happened

On [REDACTED]. around [REDACTED]. I was working on an AC Unit inside of the room. This AC Unit was way up inside the ceiling a lot higher than normal. I had to adjust the Actuator by hand like most of the AC started climbing the ladder and noticed there were a lot of electrical conduits in the way along with the hot water chiller lines supply and return. I had to position myself at an angle laying backwards between the conduits to reach the actuator. My feet were on the last rung to the top of the ladder. I reached up to adjust the actuator when the ladder took a walk 1 side then the other at that time it pulled all the muscles in my stomach. I had severe pain from the beltline my Bladder and my stomach all up my left side to my left shoulder and left neck muscle. I kind of sled my way out of the conduits and down the ladder.
