Patient had an event during PT treatment in which patient lost responsiveness. Called rapid response. PT and another clinician transferred pt from w c to mat table- total assist level as pt was unresponsive. Assisted code team on mat table and then transferred pt from mat table to stretcher at end of session total assist level with others assisting as well. Later in afternoon I felt pain tingling and numbness R side of thoracic spine under scapula and have had these symptoms since the event when bending twisting reaching.
