I WAS GETTING UP FROM MY CHAIR TO THROW OUT MY GARBAGE. AS I TURNED MY LEFT ANKLE GOT CAUGHT IN THE CHAIR THAT WAS NEXT TO ME WHICH WAS PULLED OUT AS I WAS TRYING TO MOVE TOWARDS THE TRASH CAN. I PROCEEDED TO FALL FORWARD. MY RIGHT ARM GOT CAUGHT IN THE TRASH CAN AND MY BACK HIT THE WALL. WHEN I FINALLY FELL ON THE GROUND MY RIGHT ANKLE AND RIGHT HIT IT FIRST WHILE MY BACK AND SHOULDERS HIT THE WALL.
