What happened
Employee picked up a part off of a gravity fed coneyor by gripping the part at either end. Her fingers on her right hand were curled around the end of the part. A separate individual stationed at the opposite end of the conveyor placed a second part on it and sent it down towards the injured employee. When the part reached the bottom of the conveyor it struck the employee 's hand fingers.
