The employee was using a scotch brite pad to scrub paint off of the [REDACTED] scraper blade. while scrubbing the the scraper blade the employee 's hand slipped off the scotch brite after it hooked on hardened paint and came in contact with the scraper blade. the employee was wearing the black latex gloves while performing this task
