ON OR AROUND [REDACTED] WHILE ON A [REDACTED] ' LADDER THE EMPLOYEE REACHED TO THE CENTER OF A FAKE [REDACTED] TREE AND PULLED UP ON THE CENTER POST TO REMOVE THE SECTION. WHILE PULLING UP HE TWISTED HIS BODY A BIT AND FELT PAIN IN HIS LOW MID BACK. HE ASSUMED IT WOULD SUBSIDE BUT IT DID NOT.
