What happened
Employee was starting to weld some scrap steel material to practice his welds. He had his left hand on the steel tubes that he was going to weld. When he proceeded to start welding the tubing the hot wire bounced off the steel tube and punctured the leather welding glove he was wearing into the middle finger of his left hand. This incident occurred in custom weld cell.
