Employee States: Employee was moving an empty baking rack from the front of bakery to the backroom. There was a tray rack (partially full) between the space where the door opens up to (between the cleaning supplies and mobile shelves). As the employee pushed the rack past the door the door only partially opened and the rack partially went through the door. The rack came back and jammed the employee 's hand between the rack and the door frame.
