What happened

Employee States: Employee states: I was on register since I came in at [REDACTED]. At approximately [REDACTED] I began to experience pain in my right shoulder as well as my right elbow. We had a heavy volume of business today which I repeatedly lifted heavy items throughout my shift on register. I typically place bags sideways to load heavier items however due to the volume of business and heavier items for multiple orders throughout my shift today I would need to turn the bag upright and finish loading from the top of the bag. Due to my height I would have to lift items over the top of my head to place in the bag.
