What happened

Employee States: Employee states they were getting ready to head out for the day and the last task was to clean the rotisserie chicken oven. They turned on the oven to do the regular cleaning but the Team Leader came to let them know that the inside of the oven needed to be cleaned more. The oven was stopped in the middle of the cycle and employee open the door. The steam from the oven cycle hit the employee straight in the face. As soon as that happened employee started to cough the team leader disregarded this and gave them the specific location and supplies needed to clean the oven. [REDACTED] the Team leader went on lunch and the injured employee closed the doors and went to clean the floors as part of the usually closing task. As the employee started to squeegee the floor they state everything started to spin and they felt dizzy. They took a breather in the dish room which did not help and then reported it to the Chef. Employee was told to take a break and drink some water to see
