What happened
Employee States: Carrots were loaded on U cart by fellow produce employees in produce cooler. I initially attempted to pull the loaded U cart out of the cooler; however began to feel pain in my left hip leg and groin. I then stopped and switched to pushing the U cart which helped. I then pushed the cart to the carrot display on the floor and unloaded the cart. The pain intensified after this so I took a break. After attempting to return from break the pain got so bad that my knees buckled and I almost fell.
