What happened
Employee States: Employee states he was unloading a tall pallet onto a U cart. He stated that there was another employee there that had said something to him that he couldn 't hear. He states he turned his whole body to face the employee that was talking to him when his right ankle caught on the u cart. He states that this caused him to start falling forward landing on his hands and hitting his nose on the concrete floor. This caused the employees nose to start bleeding and there is a cut on the bridge of the nose where his glasses sit. Employee states that he has some pain on his hands and his nose but nothing else hurts.
