Employee States: Manager came into the department employee was on the phone saw manager hung up the phone and said ' ' they must 've steamed some lobster ' ' manager got her into the fireside room where employee stated that she needs her [REDACTED] manager sat her down and asked if everything was ok asked if she needed her [REDACTED] where she nodded yes manager asked if she needed help administering the [REDACTED] to where she replied yes she took two packs of [REDACTED] out of her pocket and gave them to manager he asked where he should administer the shots to where she pointed at her thigh muscles on right leg he administered the shots he asked if he did them right and at that point she couldn 't talk he asked if she needed 911 and she replied yes and then [REDACTED] was called. she stayed in the fireside room until they came she was on the floor when they arrived manager stayed with her until the ambulance arrived.
