What happened
Employee States: I pulled the runner with both arms at first and when I got to the area which is between the Dairy Department and aisles 14 and 15B I switched from both arms to just my right arm and that is when I felt the pull. It felt like something was straining but not like a muscle tear. The pain wasn 't noticeable at first but after several hours it became unbearable. My arm feels like it is burning and something is trying to tear itself off my arm. I had to leave at [REDACTED]. That is when I clocked out but I was scheduled until [REDACTED].
