Employee States: The employee stated that while turning the corner from [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] on the outbound side of the cooler their ankle was caught crushed between either their pallet jack or the pallets that were on their pallet jack and the metal guard at the end of the aisle. The employee stated that they reversed the pallet jack after the impact. The employee stated that the pallet jack was not in coast mode but continued moving after they let up the handle.
