What happened
Employee States: On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I was putting away pan sheets by the dish area. When I was almost done I accident slammed my right hand at the sink area. I felt numbness than pain so started to soak the right hand in hot water. Witness 1 was around the area and I told her of the incident. I decided the pain wasn 't too bad and continued on my work that day. At around [REDACTED] told my boss of the incident. Though my hand hurt I didn 't believe it would be an issue and completed my shift. On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] I started to notice a swelling on my right hand. I talked to Witness 1 about the continued pain of my hand as well as the swell and it was decided that we needed to file an incident report. We contacted the Front End Team Leader and went to the office to file the report.
