What happened
Employee States: At around [REDACTED] I was putting sign holders under the pretzel pallets. As I bent over I felt pain in my lower back. I stood for a while at that same spot. I went back to the backroom to see if I could handle the pain but it was still noticeable. At around [REDACTED] I informed the store leader about the situation. He informed me that an incident report should be filled. It was at that time the Front End STL was informed of the situation and issued the incident report.
