Scraping side of fryer for filtering oil
What happened
Employee States: ' ' I was filtering the fryers in the pizza subs department. I finished the right fryer and moved on to the middle one. I started to prep the middle fryer by scraping off the side of it. While scraping the side of the middle fryer I guess some of the hot oil got on the scraper and splashed on 3 of my fingers on my right hand (ring middle and index fingers).
