What happened
Employee States: Employee stated I was pushing a row of four shopping carts and I was turning the carts to get them into the lift. I was using my lower body to make a complete turn and my knee popped inward and then outward back into position. My thigh was pressed up against the carts as I was turning them. That leg feels off now and is uncomfortable but I 'm not in pain.
