Employee and co-worker was in HR mill re-stacking a scrap bundle of CTHA347N columns into a smaller bundle.

Employee was re-stacking the bundle due to the bundle being too big for the Drexel to safely move it. When employee picked up a column from the big scrap bundle to place in smaller bundle he moved his feet to get closer to smaller bundle and while doing so his right foot got entangled in a small scrap rack that was positioned right behind employee causing him to fall to the floor.
