On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a curing associate was performing presstending duties on the [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] rows While walking from the [REDACTED] side back to the [REDACTED] side the associate stepped in hydraulic oil that had leaked from curing press [REDACTED] The oil caused the associate to slip though they did not fall As they made contact with the railing a small chain attached to it scratched the associates left elbow
