The associate was installing a mold at curing press 407 when the alignment pin became stuck in the 408 side of the segmented mold Prior to discovering the issue the associate had already installed two bolts into the ram and was attempting to install a third bolt without success To relieve pressure on the bolts the associate partially closed the press During this process the mold segments unexpectedly extended and contacted the associates eyebrow resulting in a laceration
