Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an employee working in the liner reroll section reported experiencing back pain while preparing to lift around 25 pounds of liner from the floor During an interview with the associate it was revealed that they had already completed about 30 reroll tasks during their shift As they bent at the waist to grasp another section of liner they felt an immediate tightness and discomfort in their lower right back Initially the associate attempted to endure the discomfort hoping it would subside however after about fifteen minutes they realized the pain was persistent and decided to report the issue to the dispensary The associate indicated that there had been no previous history of back injuries outside of work [REDACTED] they visited the Goodlife Clinic for a formal evaluation where they were diagnosed with a sprain strain of the lower back
