Employee and co-worker were unloading steel beams from the upright paint unload and carrying them to a taller unload table to the north of upright paint unload area.

Employee and co-worker had unloaded their third beam and placed it on the unload table in a position which would have completed their first row. Employees co-worker was on the west side of the table and dropped their end (approximately 30) which caused employee to drop her end from the same height. The beam made contact with her left foot.
