What happened
The associate hook up his tractor to the flatbed with the precast load. He put all of his chains and binders in place for securing the load. He began to raise the tailer landing gear when he states that he felt a sharp pain in his right side. He then hooked up 2 chains and binders as required to move a load on the property and drove from the staging area to the transportation office. He notified his supervisor of the incident and they took him to the emergency room as the urgent care was not open at the time.
