Associate was dry finishing the inside of a door opening on a wall panel while it was sitting on a trailer inside dry finish building

The wall panel had two metal angles that ran across the opening and were attached to the concrete to prevent breakage during stripping and handling. Associate was standing between the two and went to step over one of them and his left foot did not clear the top of the angle when he was stepping across tripped causing to him to fall and hit his forehead on the concrete wall panel.
