Associate was part of a crew that was tying a column cage.

Column cage was completed and it was needed to be removed from the tying racks. The OH crane lifted up the cage to where the weight of the cage was off of the rack bars which hold up the cage during production. [REDACTED] was removing by pulling sliding one of the rack bars off of the tie stands and out of the cage and felt a pain in his right groin area. The rack bar that he was removing was a number eleven bar seven feet eight inches long and weighed 41 pounds.
