He reached in to wipe a piece of block off the conveyor. Once he reached in the clamp bar came down on his left arm near his elbow and pinned him between the clamp bar and metal slat conveyor. [REDACTED] pulled his arm out of the clamp bar before the clamp bar can push him forward and heard a loud popping noise from his arm. He freed his arm and then left the restricted area
