The associate was loading a new coil of steel onto the CTL. He proceeded to uncoil the steel and feed into the machine. Before the 2nd nip area the coil began to curl up. This required the associate to manual feed the steel into the nip area.

At this point his glove got caught thus puling his hand into the machine. He was unable to stop the machine
