Sitting on a round chair on wheels and scooted forward on to place the monitor on the patient. legs went under the chair moving forward and received a skin tear on back right calf. 3inch skin tear vertically. skin flap was unable to replace over the wound. bleeding stopped cleansed bandaged and wrapped with gauze and Coban.
