Walking over to the group lead to ask a question

Associate went to give their group lead information regarding a part. When the associate was going to talk to their group leader the group leader was attempting to move a pallet jack. The associate was standing near where the pallet jack was going to be traveling so they stepped to the side of the path of travel of the pallet jack. The associate stepped near where the floor of a body was set up on the lift but they were in a small cutout that was on the floor. When the group lead attempted to move the pallet jack through the area it caught a piece of the floor and the floor shifted into the associates leg. The back of their leg hit the lift as well once the floor hit the front of their leg.

Initially was described as a bruise to the leg but the associate brought up that they would like to be seen on 2 12 and showed pictures which showed a laceration the back of the knee.
