employee was assisting with repositioning a 400+ lb deceased pt with all staff members listed and transfer said pt to morgue cart.

due to the geri bed size and even at appropriate height proper body mechanics was a challenge with having to reach so far over such a large individual and have to pull that weight over even with other staff assisting with the proper moving assistive devices. upper middle back is burning and shooting with pain.
