Installing material hooks into b-line channels.

Associate attempted to install painted hooks inside of the street side horizontal compartment and noticed that the bolts would not go through holes on hook due to weld slag. Associate then tried using a screwdriver to remove the slag and could not remove it. Associate then used a drill and drill bit to drill out the slag. Associate was holding hook with right hand and drilling with left down from the top. The drill bit caught on the slag and spun the hook around in the associate 's hand causing a laceration between his thumb and index finger.
