Touching up paint in cargo area.

Associate was touching up caulk at rear of body on seam next to cargo floor. Associate went to brace themselves by grabbing tailboard while bending down to touch up seam. Associate was working on their knees when they leaned onto a composite tailboard that was sitting in the cargo. The tailboard shifted position causing the associate to lose balance and fall forward. The touch up paint that the associate was holding splashed from the cup onto their face when this sudden shift happened.
